Before leaving the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Coimbra

a. Make sure your arrival and departure certificate are duly filled in and signed.

b. Ask for your transcript of records (TOR) at Casa da Lusofonia.

c. Erasmus Coordinators are not in charge of TOR therefore there is anything they can do about it.
