CEIS20 researcher appointed to coordinate UNESCO Chair

CEIS20 researcher Isabel Baltazar was recently appointed coordinator of the UNESCO Chair  The City that Educates and Transforms.

With the approval of UNESCO – United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the UNESCO Chair UniTwin – The City that Educates and Transforms – was constituted, unified by the International Cooperation Programme, whose action will be the responsibility of RICET – International Network on the City that Educates and Transforms, led by ISEC Lisboa and which includes 12 higher education institutions, national, from Brazil and Guinea-Bissau.

The launch of this Chair took place in the Sala do Arquivo, Paços do Concelho, Lisbon City Hall.
