ICNAS is now a collaborating center of the International Atomic Energy Agency

During the 64th IAEA General Conference the IAEA signed a collaborating centre agreement with the Institute for Nuclear Sciences Applied to Health, Research Unit of the University of Coimbra (ICNAS), Portugal, designating ICNAS as an IAEA Collaborating Centre in the area of the production and R&D of radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals.
