There will be three foci of intervention, which have as their common basis the implementation of programmes in the Incredible Years series (Webster-Stratton, 2001, 2003):
1 – Universal intervention schemes in nursery schools (training of nursery school teachers with the Incredible Years Teacher Classroom Management programme);
2 – Selective intervention schemes conducted from health centres (implementation of Incredible Years for Parents programme amongst previously identified families);
3 – Implementation and dissemination of the principles of the Incredible Years Programme for parents and nursery school teachers through the training of leaders (professionals of early intervention services, schools and health centres) so as to ensure the sustainability of the project after it formally comes to an end.
